Level 2: Login and Transaction Process
When logging-in to PrePaid ATM's secure web site, you will enter your account code and security code. Your PIN code is used to finalize all transactions. Your Account code reveals no personal information! In addition, PrePaid ATM Customer Care Representatives are "locked-out" from ever seeing your Security or PIN Code. This is one of the many reasons why our security features are unsurpassed and are for your benefit.
Level 3: Birthdate
Prior to completing a transfer or purchase, your birth date will be displayed.

Using the PrePaid ATM Card online is quick, convenient, easy-to-use, secure and private. You can use your PrePaid ATM Card to shop online at participating merchants, online auctions or any place you see the PrePaid ATM logo. You can also feel safe knowing that PrePaid ATM keeps all of your transactions safe and private.
Participating Merchants
Any website that has the PrePaid ATM logo on it accepts the PrePaid ATM card as payment. Simply find what you would like to buy and select PrePaid ATM as the payment method, and you will be directed to PrePaid ATM's transfer center where you can send funds to the merchant in a matter of seconds. Its that simple!.
Online Auctions
Whether you wish to sell an item or purchase one at an online auction, you can use your PrePaid ATM Card for the transaction. If the buyer of the item up for bid has a Card, the purchase can be paid for by a Card to Card transfer. The same can be done if you are the successful bidder. All a you have to do is login, click on transfer center, enter the amount to be transferred, and enter the account code of the person the transfer is going to. Your transfer is completed in seconds.
Privacy: The PrePaid ATM Card is the only Card that can be used on the Internet for purchasing goods and services where the website does not know your card number. The only information a website receives is your account code. No names, personal information or the number of your Card is ever given. This is privacy!
Cardholder Protection: When a Cardholder uses their PrePaid ATM Card to purchase a deliverable product, all funds for that transaction are placed in escrow for fourteen (14) days to ensure that the Cardholder receives the product and is satisfied. A Cardholder has thirteen (13) days to notify our Customer Care Center of any concerns or discrepancies.
The Purchase Process
Purchasing goods and services online with your PrePaid ATM Card is easy. When at a participating Merchant, click on the payment method PrePaid ATM and a window will appear, taking you directly to PrePaid ATM's secure website. Make sure the address showing in your browser starts off with https://www.prepaidatm.com.
Enter your account code and security code to enter our secure website. A page will appear which has your date of birth on it, which confirms that you have entered our site.
Verify the amount of the transaction
- The account code of the Merchant website is displayed.
- Make sure the box is checked that says receiver pays the fees.
- Check the box for a deliverable product if applicable.
- Enter your 4 digit pin code and submit form.
After your transaction is completed, return to the Merchant website.
Note: Some online merchants of PrePaid ATM might not be automated, yet still accept our Card. In this case, all you need is the merchants account code to transfer funds to them.
